After enjoying all that the Detroit Historical Museum has to offer, why not take the family for lunch at Sgt. Pepperoni’s Pizza located with the historic Majestic Theatre Center. You and the kids (or your significant other, friend, etc.) can enjoy pizza and bowling at the famous Garden Bowl Center. The Garden Bowl turns 96 on August 1, 2009 and is believed to be the oldest, continuously operated bowling alley in the United States.
The Majestic Cafe is where we lunched on June 13 as part of the Glory, Valor & Sacrifice Southeast Michigan Civil War Remembrance Tour. Everyone raved about the salad!
