My son just bought a 1910 2 unit + lower level brick bldg. in Chicago 2533 w Gunnison Chicago il Lincoln square…never really updated…would love your input on restoration. It is currently very “livable” the windows are original and in very good shape ( no bad wood) but some of the ropes are broken…was considering tearing out and replacing with new windows but after seeing your work would like to maybe restore them. Ever want to go to Chicago we would love your advice!
